Experience
My passion for all things sport has seen me develop, in-depth knowledge of the sport and community sector. I have held nearly every volunteer role (except the Treasurer role, as numbers aren’t my thing) within small to medium not-for-profit clubs/groups, sat on numerous boards at regional, state and national level and have experience within the professional sport sector. My comprehensive understanding of the workings within all sectors of government, is shared with clubs to help them position themselves for any opportunity which may be available. For the past 20 years I have lived on the beautiful south coast of WA and understand the many challenges and opportunities of regional communities.

When you contact KBC, you will be dealing directly with me. I will answer your emails, respond to your phone messages and look forward to a discussion with you and your club. My experience will allow your organisation to go straight to the core of any issue and obtain the best results in the most effective and efficient way possible. If required, I have a great team of collaborators and contacts within the sector, who I can call on for specific assistance.

KBC understands the sport world and the different approaches that may be required, depending on the level of your organisation and the issues you are dealing with. You will be dealt with as an individual, with specific needs and the approach will be personal, flexible, transparent and action orientated.

Sport and its people are passionate but occasionally sit a little too close (can’t see the way to connect the dots). KBC can provide that independence, impartiality and subjectiveness that your club may need.

KBC appreciates that sport operates largely within the volunteer sector. Funds are hard to come by and need to be carefully managed. KBC will deliver value for the money and time spent. Kim understands that considerable activity operates outside normal business hours and is available at times convenient to your organisation (at no additional cost).
